Lamb and Mutton
 
Lamb primal cuts In addition to the traditional Pacific Island cuts such as breast and flaps, square cut shoulders, whole necks and offal such as tongues and hearts, we can provide a full range of product and price options to meet your every need.

Lamb and mutton supply ex NZ and Australia is seasonal and is impacted by climactic conditions and grass/feed availability. Typically the kills peak during the months of Jan through to March, and are low during July through to October.

Beef and veal
 
Beef primal cuts In addition to the traditional Pacific Island cuts such as chucks, bone-in and boneless NE Brisket and trimmings, we can provide a full range of product and price options to meet your every need.

Like lamb and mutton, beef supply ex NZ and Australia is seasonal and is impacted by climactic conditions and grass/feed availability.    Kill patterns vary slightly between steers. cows and bulls but follow a similar pattern to lamb and mutton.

NZ bobby veal production is typically limited to the months July through September, making year round availability of product difficult.

Pork
 
Pork primal cuts(copy) In addition to the traditional Pacific Island cuts such as jowls, hocks, bellies, shoulders and trimmings, we can provide a full range of product and price options to meet your every need.

Supply is largely restricted to Australian product due to the economies of scale provided by the pig herd.



 
 
   
Goat
 

Goat(copy)
Goats are a secondary focus of the NZ and Australian meat industries, and as such are available on a less frequent basis and subject to kill, and typically sold in carcass form or 6 way cuts.





 
 
   
Poultry
 
Poultry cuts(copy) Available all year round, we can supply chicken, hen/fowl, turkey and duck.

Main Pacific Island items are whole birds, whole legs, leg quarters, wings and mixed portions and items are available in retail or catering grade packs
